HIRSCHI LAW, PLLC
Not a Traditional Law Office
Hirschi Law, PLLC has been serving the Arizona community since 2005. Our practice is dedicated to the legal needs of small businesses, families, and individuals.
Our focus is on providing quality legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Business Entity Formation, and Income Tax Preparation. When it comes to our clients, we like to think of them as family.
This is reflected in our office space, which feels more like a home and less like an office. It is reflected in the close personal relationships we develop with our clients. And it is reflected in the personal touch we give to each and every matter that we attend to.
Heath Hirschi
Heath Hirschi was raised on a farm in rural Star Valley, Wyoming. From a young age he learned to value hard work and love the outdoors.
After high school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, then moved east for law school, earning his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia.
Heath began his legal career with a large firm in Washington, D.C. where he managed the trademark portfolio for a major U.S. corporation. While he enjoyed his time on the East Coast, Heath missed the west, so in 2005 he moved to Arizona and opened his own law practice.
For over 17 years, Heath has run Hirschi Law as a solo law firm, making it his goal to provide quality legal services while always maintaining a personal touch.
As a father of four children and five step-children, Heath loves spending every moment he can with his family.
As an avid outdoorsman, when he is not in the office, he can often be found summiting mountain peaks, kayaking rivers, and backpacking through the wilderness with his wife and business partner, Brooke.
Brooke Hirschi
Brooke Hirschi grew up in the small northern Arizona community of St. Johns. A star athlete in high school, she has had a life-long love of fitness and a competitive drive that pushes her to be the best at whatever she undertakes.
Brooke completed two years of college on the island of Oahu in Hawaii before returning to the mainland, where she continued her education at Utah State University. Over the years Brooke has worked as an assistant court clerk, a newspaper editor, a mortgage underwriter, and a professional caterer.
She joined the Hirschi Law team in 2021 where she splits her time between legal drafting and income tax preparation.
Outside of the office, Brooke successfully manages an often chaotic household full of teenagers and pre-teens. She also shares a love of the outdoors with her husband Heath, and together they have summited peaks such as Oregon’s Mt. Hood, Wyoming’s Grand Teton, and California’s Mt. Shasta.
